生产方法和用途
生产方法
1.将5.6g(0.21mol)铝粉和16.2g(0.10mol)六甲基二硅氧烷加入反应器,用氮气置换空气。加热至60℃,搅拌下加入50.8g(0.2mol)碘,升温至140℃回流1.5h。常压蒸馏,得32.6-35.3g三甲基碘硅烷,收率82-88%。2.现用现制在带有回流冷凝器的20毫升瓶中,将0.3克(2毫摩尔)六甲硅基二烷和0.5,克(2毫摩尔>碘,加热至约65℃。发生放热反应而生成均相溶液。回流1.5小时,即定量地生成三甲基碘硅烷.
3.用三甲基氯硅烷制现用现制在4.5克(30毫摩尔)无水碘化钠和25毫升干乙睛的溶液中,在搅拌及氮气保护下,加入1.63克(15毫摩尔)三甲基氯硅烷。回流。
