生产方法和用途
用途

一,可用作营养强化剂。

二,橙皮素具维生素P样效能,用入皮肤护理制品中,有预防冻伤的作用。能抗炎和抗病毒,有一定的抗菌作用,在口腔卫生制品中使用能抑制齿斑的生成并同时减少口臭。能防止紫外线辐射作用,可用于防晒品。

生产方法

该品含于柠檬、柑桔、代代花等果皮中。在柑桔属(Cirtus)中,中果皮(白色海绵状组织)发达系统者多含柑桔甙,中果皮较薄系统者多含橙皮甙。本品系由干燥,成熟的橙皮中提取。将干橙皮粗碎,加3-6倍量水浸泡约0.5h,使之松软。再加入4-10%量的石灰及7-12倍量的水,搅拌均匀,检查pH值。要求pH值达11.5-12,否则应补加石灰或****。浸泡1.5-2h后,离心过滤,滤渣再加5-7倍量水并再用适量石灰调pH至11.5-12,继续浸泡后离心过滤。至滤液澄明后,加稀盐酸调pH至5,静置2d后,收集沉淀,用水洗至接近中性,即得粗品。将粗品用1%****及50%乙醇的混合溶游人部量溶解,过滤,滤液再用稀盐酸调pH至5,静置一夜,收集沉淀物,先用50%乙醇洗涤1次,再用水洗至接近中性,在70℃干燥,粉碎过筛,即得橙皮甙。对橙皮粉的总收率为0.6-1.8%。
