生产方法和用途
用途
用作涂料溶剂、油墨溶剂、有机玻璃溶剂、照相显影剂、聚氯乙烯稳定剂,医药、合成树脂溶剂,药膏或药液的防腐剂,肉食品打印油及圆珠笔油的溶剂;用作地毯的去油剂、焊口清洗剂、有机硅溶剂稳定剂,还可用作苄基酯或醚的中间体;苯甲醇是极有用的定香剂,是茉莉、月下香、伊兰等香精调配时不可缺少的香料。
生产方法
1.苯甲醇天然存在于橙花、依兰、茉莉、栀子、金合欢、丁香花、风信子中,工业上以氯苄或苯甲醛为原料制备。在12%的纯碱溶液中加入氯苄,加热至93℃搅拌反应5h,然后升温至101~103℃继续反应10h。反应结束后冷却至室温,加入食盐至饱和,静置分层,取上层液经常压蒸馏得粗品,再精制得成品。收率70%~72%。在****存在下甲醛与苯甲醛,经歧化反应制备苯甲醇。2.以氯化苄为原料,在碱的催化作用下加热水解而得。3.将氯化苄、碳酸钠和水以一定配比混合,快速搅拌,使油层乳化,边搅拌边将温度升至90℃,当生成的二氧化碳气体不再逸出时,继续升温至101~103℃,使水解反应完全:反应结束后冷却,静置分层。取油层用水洗涤数次,并入水层,然后常压蒸馏,先蒸出水、氯化苄等低沸物,作为初馏分,再收集203~206℃作为主馏分,即为成品。...
