用途
用于制分散、活性、还原染料的中间体。
生产方法
1.硝化还原法 蒽醌经混酸硝化得硝基蒽醌,反应产物过滤并用热水洗至中性后,用亚硫酸钠精制。其中2-硝基蒽醌与亚硫酸钠生成易溶于水的蒽醌-2-磺酸钠,过滤后洗涤除去之。所得1-硝基蒽醌用硫化钠还原得1-氨基蒽醌粗品,经加碱液、保险粉精制除去二氨基蒽醌后再用氧气氧化、过滤、干燥,得成品。 2.蒽醌磺酸盐氨解法 蒽醌与发烟硫酸在硫酸汞存在下反应,生成蒽醌-1-磺酸,经氨水中和,再置换成钠盐,然后在间硝基苯磺酸钠催化下氨解生成1-氨基蒽醌,精制后得成品。
