;2,4,6-三氯苯酚是杀菌剂咪鲜胺和除草剂草枯醚的中间体。;2,4,6-三氯酚是一种广泛的杀虫剂,用于防治昆虫、真菌、植物和细菌。它已成为一种常见的环境污染物和可能的人类致癌物。;主要用于杀菌剂、农药、医药中间体。用作染料中间体、杀菌剂、防腐剂,也用作聚酯纤维的溶剂。
生产方法
;其制备方法是将苯酚放入反应器中,通入氯气,通氯气时间约12h,前期反应温度60~65℃,后期2~3h为70~75℃,通氯气结束后保温1h,通入氯气的量为苯酚物质的量的3倍,中途严格跟踪分析,防止氯气过量,然后通入氮气赶除多余的氯气和氯化氢,反应后的粗品经亚硫酸钠处理,然后蒸馏得产品。
